The State Fire Marshal: 1. Shall establish and maintain a library of publications, films, fire report data and other materials for the benefit of the fire service of the State and the general public. 2. Shall incorporate into the materials in the library, where feasible and appropriate, a discussion of the issues relating to controlled fires. 3.
