Statute 477 250

1. Any person who knowingly violates the provisions of this chapter or any of the regulations adopted by the State Fire Marshal is guilty of a misdemeanor. 2. Each day on which a violation occurs is a separate offense. (Added to NRS by 1967, 153; A 1979, 127)
