1. The Department shall keep its main office at Carson City, Nevada, in rooms provided by the Buildings and Grounds Section of the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration. 2. The Department may maintain such branch offices throughout the State as the Director deems necessary for the efficient operation of the Department and the various divisions thereof in space provided by the Buildings and Grounds Section. Any leases or agreements entered into pursuant to this subsection must be executed in accordance with the provisions of NRS 331.110. (Added to NRS by 2001, 2534; A 2011, 2554, 2985)
