The Nevada Highway Patrol is composed of the following personnel appointed by the Director: 1. One Chief; and 2. Such number of inspectors, supervisors, troopers and commercial officers as the Director determines necessary to perform the duties set forth in NRS 480.360, within the limits of legislative appropriations therefor.
