1. The Justice Assistance Grant Trust Account is hereby created in the State General Fund. All money received by the State of Nevada pursuant to the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3750 et seq., must be deposited in the Trust Account. 2. The Director shall administer the Trust Account. 3. The money in the Trust Account may only be expended in accordance with the provisions of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3750 et seq., and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. 4. The interest and income earned on the money in the Trust Account, after deducting any applicable charges, must be credited to the Trust Account. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2866)
