Statute 482 31545

1. The total amount of an authorized driver’s liability to the short-term lessor, if any, for damage occurring during the operation of a passenger car by the driver must not exceed the amount of the short-term lessee’s liability pursuant to NRS 482.3154. 2. The short-term lessor shall not recover from the short-term lessee and an authorized driver: (a) An amount that exceeds the lessee’s liability pursuant to NRS 482.3154. (b) For any item pursuant to NRS 482.31535 to the extent that the lessor obtains recovery from any other person. 3. The provisions of this section apply to the maximum liability of a short-term lessee or an authorized driver to the short-term lessor resulting from damage to a passenger car and not to the liability of any other person.
