A vehicle transporter licensed pursuant to NRS 482.3163 may operate on the highways of this State any motor vehicle otherwise required to be registered pursuant to this chapter if there is displayed on the vehicle a special plate assigned to the vehicle transporter pursuant to NRS 482.3169.
