Statute 482 36368

1. The decision of the Director concerning a protest filed pursuant to NRS 482.36352, 482.36354 or 482.36357, is a final decision in a contested case for the purpose of judicial review. 2. The decision is not subject to rehearing or reconsideration by the Director after it is received by the parties. 3. When the written decision of the Director is delivered to the parties, copies of the decision, including the findings of fact as well as the determination of the issues, must be delivered to all persons who have requested notice of such decisions.
