1. The Department shall charge and collect the following fees for the issuance of personalized prestige license plates, which fees are in addition to all other license fees and applicable taxes: (a) For the first issuance............................................................................................. $35 (b) For a renewal sticker............................................................................................... 20 (c) For changing to another personalized prestige license plate............................ 35 2. The additional fees collected by the Department for the issuing of personalized prestige license plates must be deposited with the State Treasurer to the credit of the Motor Vehicle Fund.
