1. All the provisions of NRS 482.516 apply equally to the repossession of any article of construction equipment pursuant to the security agreement. 2. As used in this section, 'construction equipment' includes without limitation all earth-moving, erecting, excavating and rigging machinery, whether self-propelled or towed, and any auxiliary vehicle used for towing or transporting such machinery.
