'Autonomous vehicle' means a motor vehicle that is equipped with an automated driving system which is designed to function at a level of driving automation of level 3, 4 or 5 pursuant to SAE J3016. The term includes a fully autonomous vehicle. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2876; A 2013, 2010; 2017, 4466)
