Statute 483 200

1. The Administrator is authorized to employ examiners, deputies and such other help as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive. 2. The Department may appoint as examiners, sheriffs, chiefs of police or other officials or private citizens whom it deems qualified. 3. Any sheriff, chief of police or other person accepting appointment as an examiner shall conduct examinations under NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive, and make such written reports of findings and recommendations to the Department as it may require.
