The Department is hereby authorized to cancel any driver’s license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof pursuant to NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive, or that the licensee failed to give the required or correct information in his or her application or committed any fraud in making an application. 2. Upon cancellation of a driver’s license pursuant to subsection 1, the licensee shall surrender the license cancelled to the Department. 3.
