Ask AI about this
The Department may suspend or revoke the license of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States stationed at a military installation located in Nevada if: 1. It receives notice from the commander of any such installation that such person’s military driving privilege has been suspended; and 2. The conduct on which the suspension of the military license is based is of such a nature that the Department would revoke or suspend such person’s driver’s license had such conduct occurred within its jurisdiction.
