1. A person with epilepsy shall not operate a motor vehicle if that person has been informed by a physician or an advanced practice registered nurse pursuant to NRS 629.047 that his or her condition would severely impair his or her ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. A violation of this subsection is a misdemeanor. 2.
