An applicant for a license to operate a school for training drivers or a license as an instructor for a school for training drivers must submit to the Department: 1. A complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Department to forward those fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report; and 2. The fee established by the Department for processing the fingerprints of the applicant. The fee must not exceed the total amount charged by the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for processing the fingerprints of the applicant.
