'Regulatory agency' means any of the agencies granted police or enforcement powers under the provisions of subsection 1 of NRS 289.250, NRS 289.260, subsection 2 of NRS 289.270, NRS 289.280, 289.290, 289.320, 289.340, 407.065, 472.040, 481.048, 501.349, 565.155 or 706.8821.
