Statute 484b 473

1. Except as otherwise provided by law, whenever a vehicle equipped with all reflectors required by law is lawfully parked at nighttime upon any highway, no lights need be displayed upon such parked vehicle. 2. Whenever lights are displayed upon a vehicle lawfully parked at nighttime upon any highway, such lights shall be depressed or dimmed, in the event cowl or parking lamps are not used.
