Statute 484b 520

1. A local authority may erect, pursuant to ordinance, official traffic-control devices regulating the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on any highway under its jurisdiction. 2. When devices are erected giving notice thereof, it is unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle for longer than the time designated by any such sign.
