The provisions of NRS 484C.340, 484C.350 or 484C.360 do not prohibit a court from: 1. Requiring an evaluation pursuant to NRS 484C.350 to be conducted by an evaluation center that is administered by a private company if the company meets the standards of the State Board of Health pursuant to NRS 484C.310; or 2. Ordering the offender to attend a program of treatment that is administered by a private company.
