Statute 484d 340

Any person who, with an intent to defraud, violates any requirement imposed by NRS 484D.300 to 484D.345, inclusive, is liable to the person harmed by such act or acts, in an amount equal to the sum of: 1. Three times the amount of actual damages sustained by the person harmed or $2,500, whichever is greater; and 2. If the action of the person harmed is successful in enforcing the liability imposed by subsection 1, the costs of the action together with reasonable attorney’s fees, as determined by the court.
