The application for a permit under NRS 484D.685 to 484D.725, inclusive, must: 1. Specifically describe the vehicle or special mobile equipment and load to be operated or moved and the particular highways over which the permit to operate is requested. 2. State whether the permit is requested for a single trip, for continuous use or for multiple trips over a limited time.
