Statute 484d 810

1. Each committee established by NRS 484D.800: (a) Shall recommend to the Department of Transportation and the affected cities and counties establishment of certain routes by which oversized or overweight vehicles may proceed through a city or county and any modifications to those routes; and (b) Shall recommend regulations that the Department of Transportation may adopt to limit the movement of oversized or overweight vehicles to certain: (1) Routes; (2) Hours of the day; or (3) Days of the week, to ensure public safety. 2. The Department of Transportation and the affected cities and counties shall consider any recommendations concerning the movement of oversized or overweight vehicles made by a committee established by NRS 484D.800.
