1. The provisions of this chapter, except NRS 487.290, apply to mobile homes although not licensed or registered. 2. As used in this section, 'mobile home' means a vehicular structure, built on a chassis or frame, which is designed to be used with or without a permanent foundation and is capable of being drawn by a motor vehicle.
