The Division shall adopt regulations concerning the issuance of: 1. Certificates of installation issued by the Division which certify that the manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach was installed in compliance with regulations adopted by the Division. 2. Labels of installation issued by the Division which must be attached to a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach after the certificate of installation has been issued and removed when the manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach is moved from the location it occupied when the certificate was issued.
