1. A dealer shall not require a person to obtain a loan or financing from the dealer or any other person as a condition to the purchase, sale or exchange of a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing. 2. A dealer shall disclose the substance of subsection 1 to each person with whom the dealer agrees to purchase, sell or exchange a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing.
