Statute 49 211

1. The privilege may be claimed by the patient, by the patient’s guardian or conservator or by the personal representative of a deceased patient. 2. The psychologist of a patient may claim the privilege but only on behalf of the patient. The authority of the psychologist to claim the privilege is presumed in the absence of evidence to the contrary. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2497)
