'Authorized dealer' means a dealer authorized by the Department to receive and submit to the Department applications for the issuance of certificates of title for, and registrations of, off-highway vehicles pursuant to NRS 490.070. (Added to NRS by 2005, 2025; A 2009, 3102; 2011, 292)
