Any city, county, town or any municipal corporation in the State of Nevada is authorized and empowered: 1. To incur indebtedness for any of the purposes mentioned in this section and NRS 495.010 and 495.030. 2. To issue bonds for the acquisition, construction and completion of any of the purposes mentioned in NRS 495.010 in the same form and manner as debt is incurred and bonds issued for other municipal purposes, and subject to the conditions, restrictions, proceedings and rights of initiative and referendum now governing the issuance of bonds for other municipal purposes.
