Airport zoning regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter must provide that if a mobile home park is located within 300 feet of property for which a zoning change is proposed, notice of the proposed change must be mailed to each tenant of the park. The notice must be mailed 10 days before any hearing on the proposed change or, if no hearing is required, 30 days before the change is to become effective. (Added to NRS by 1989, 962)
