1. In sentencing a person to a term of residential confinement, a municipal judge may establish the terms and conditions of that confinement. 2. The municipal judge may, at any time, modify the terms and conditions of the residential confinement. 3. The municipal judge shall cause a copy of his or her order to be delivered to the convicted person and the local law enforcement agency. (Added to NRS by 1987, 2231)
