Statute 501 030

The words 'to fish' and their derivatives, 'fishes,' 'fishing' and 'fished,' mean catching, taking, capturing, killing, injuring or crippling of a fish or game amphibian, and every attempt to do so. [4:101:1947; 1943 NCL § 3035.04]—(NRS A 1969, 1345; 1993, 66; 2007, 1797)
