1. The State of Nevada hereby assents to the provisions of that certain Act of Congress commonly known and referred to as the Pittman-Robertson Act, being c. 899, 50 Stat. 917, approved September 2, 1937, and also designated as 16 U.S.C. §§ 669-669j, providing federal aid to states in wildlife restoration projects. 2.
