1. The State of Nevada hereby assents to the provisions of the Act of Congress known as the Dingell-Johnson Act, being c. 658, 64 Stat. 430, approved August 9, 1950, 16 U.S.C. §§ 777 to 777k, inclusive, providing federal aid to states in fish restoration and management projects. 2. The Commission shall do all things necessary to obtain for the State of Nevada the benefits provided by such Act of Congress. (Added to NRS by 1961, 194; A 1995, 2584)
