1. Each guzzler must have posted on it a notice providing the telephone number and any other contact information which may be used to notify the person or agency that placed the guzzler if the guzzler is in disrepair. 2. As used in this section, 'guzzler' means any artificial basin that collects or is designed and constructed to collect precipitation specifically for use by any wildlife. (Added to NRS by 2013, 504)
