The Department may: 1. Collect and disseminate, throughout the State, information calculated to educate and benefit the people of the State regarding wildlife and boating, and information pertaining to any program administered by the Department. 2. Publish wildlife journals and other official publications, for which a specific charge may be made, such charge to be determined by the Commission, with the proceeds to be deposited in the Wildlife Account within the State General Fund.
