The Director may enter into cooperative or reciprocal agreements with the Federal Government or any agency thereof, any other state or any agency thereof, any other agency of this state, any county or other political subdivision of this state, to the extent permitted by the provisions of chapter 277 of NRS, any public or private corporation, or any person, in accordance with and for the purpose of carrying out the policy of the Commission. 2.
