Statute 502 210

1. A duplicate tag may not be issued except as follows: (a) Upon receiving an affidavit of an applicant that a tag previously issued has been lost, stolen or destroyed and upon payment of a fee of $10, the Department shall issue a duplicate tag to the applicant. (b) Upon receiving an affidavit of an applicant that the applicant has not received the tag for which the applicant applied and paid the required fee, the Department may issue a duplicate tag to the applicant upon payment of a fee of $10. 2. The provisions of this section do not affect the issuance of a replacement tag pursuant to NRS 502.215.
