The Commission is authorized to issue to those persons serving in the Armed Forces of the United States who are bona fide residents of the State of Nevada a specialty combination fishing and hunting license, provided those persons requesting the licenses are at the time on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States and are not stationed in the State of Nevada. 2.
