Statute 502 410

1. Any money received by the Department pursuant to NRS 502.400 must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Wildlife Account in the State General Fund. 2. The Department: (a) Shall maintain separate accounting records for the receipt and expenditure of any money pursuant to this section or NRS 502.400; and (b) Must use the money to operate and manage the Carson Lake Wildlife Management Area.
