The provisions of this section and NRS 504.155 and 504.165 do not apply to: 1. Alternative livestock; or 2. Game mammals not native to this State, that are held in captivity for purposes other than as required by the Department. (Added to NRS by 1993, 431; A 1995, 514; 2003, 1554)
