1. The Commission is authorized to prescribe rules and regulations for the operation and maintenance of commercial and private shooting preserves so as to provide for the manner of taking, possession and disposal of game birds therefrom, the kind and type of records to be kept by the licensee and the manner of enclosing and posting the licensed premises, not inconsistent with the provisions of NRS 504.300 to 504.380, inclusive. 2.
