1. The members of the Commission shall select a Chair from among their number who shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission. 2. The Administrator shall serve as Secretary of the Commission and shall keep the minutes and audio recordings or transcripts of its proceedings. (Added to NRS by 1983, 2068; A 1993, 1682; 2005, 1414)
