The Division shall: 1. Prescribe a suggested form for each certificate or other document required to be recorded to locate or maintain a mining claim, mill site or tunnel right. 2. Adopt regulations to ensure that all maps established and maintained pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 517.040 and subsection 2 of NRS 517.100 are prepared in a similar manner.
