1. Within 60 days after the posting of the notice of location, the locator of a tunnel right or location shall define the boundaries of the tunnel by monuments placed at intervals of not more than 300 feet from the face or point of commencement of the tunnel to the terminus of 3,000 feet therefrom. 2.
