Statute 520 150

Any mining superintendent, mining foreman or mining secretary of any incorporated mining company in this state, acting under and for such mining company, who shall fail or refuse to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in NRS 520.110 shall for each such failure or refusal be guilty of a misdemeanor.
