Statute 522 0874

1. Except as otherwise expressly provided in NRS 522.082 to 522.0878, inclusive, all proceedings held under this chapter, including the filing of petitions, the giving of notices, the conduct of hearings and other action taken by the Division must be in the form and manner and in accordance with the procedure and procedural requirements provided in NRS 522.090. 2.
