Statute 527 140

1. The purposes of NRS 527.130 to 527.230, inclusive, are to protect and preserve the forests of this state, promote the stability of forest-using industries, protect recreational wildlife, and to aid in pest and fire control. 2. Forest pests are hereby declared to be a public nuisance. (Added to NRS by 1957, 635)
