Statute 528 045

Any original logging permit shall be for the period of January 1 through December 31 of the year of issuance, or for any remaining portion of such period. Such permit may be renewed upon request of the applicant, and any acceptable alternate logging plan may be submitted for consideration. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1446)
