Statute 53 180

A subpoena issued by the clerk of a court pursuant to NRS 53.170 must be served and enforced in compliance with Rule 45 of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure or Rule 45 of the Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure. (Added to NRS by 2011, 12)
